New York State Association of Magistrates Court Clerks, Inc.

The members of this professional organization are Clerks in Town and Village Courts in New York State.  Membership is 1200 strong and includes part-time and full-time clerks working in the court departments of their Town or Village.

Membership is on an annual basis and the Town or Village may pay the $35.00 membership fee.  Members are entitled to all privileges of membership including holding an elective office and voting.  They receive all issues of the Association magazine, The Docket.  This important publication is filled with articles and information on legislation, changing laws, and educational opportunities.
