In past years the New York State Association of Magistrate’s Court Clerks has awarded scholarships to Town and Village Court Clerks for attendance at the Fall Conference.  The NYSAMCC is honored to be able to present these scholarships to clerks whose municipalities are financially unable to send their clerks to the education and training classes.

The Scholarship funding was established in 2003.  Many clerks have benefited from this wonderful tool assisting in their continuation of necessary education.

Court Clerks wishing to apply need to complete the attached application making sure to follow the instructions carefully stated on the form.
