2021 Annual Conference Registration
On behalf of President Curtiss and your Executive Board, we welcome you to attend our 2021 Annual Conference. It is a great way to fulfill your education requirements. At the conference, you will have the opportunity to meet with instructors and participate in live question/answer sessions. In addition, this year, we are offering a virtual option.
TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE FOLLOW THESE 2 EASY STEPS:
1. Register with the NYSAMCC to attend the conference either in person or virtually using the conference registration form. Please note you will need a credit card to pay the $65.00 registration fee. Payments for conference registration are only accepted by Credit Card via ALLPAID. A 2.99% fee will be applied to the payment.
All attendees must pay the registration fee in order to attend the conference (in person or virtually). No walk ins or on-site payments will be accepted this year due to COVID restrictions. If you need a voucher for the registration fee, you may download one here: Registration Voucher
2. If you wish to stay on-site you must purchase the hotel lodging package which includes 3 night's hotel stay and all meals using the Hotel Registration form. (Payments for the hotel lodging package are sent directly to the hotel.) You will need to have a Tax Exempt form filled out to attach to your hotel registration. You can find one here: ST129
If you plan to commute to the conference and wish to purchase meals only or if you need to purchase additional meals for a guest you may do so by using the Commuter Meal Form. Payments for commuter meals are only accepted by Credit Card via ALLPAID. A 2.99% fee will be applied to the payment.
